Political Fitness

Enough of all the serious stuff! In this day of cut-throat competition, it is quintessential to have an edge over your enemy. And politics is no different. It includes a race which can be run by the meanest and the strongest.
it is not easy. its hard work. To extract political mileage , you have to be fit and strong. In the busy schedule of a politician devoting time for fitness is difficult. So what do you do? Enter the new age politicians who mix not only pleasure and money with their work, they mix fitness too making them unstoppable!A list (ah!finally) of some routines.
1. Political walks: Padayatra, peoples walk, call it what you want its the perfect mix of cardio and "looking good in the eyes of the people".
2. Fast: Chuck the atkins diet, throw the protein diet out of the window, the fasting is here. Fast for any issue, fast, no food no water, indefinite , a lot of options to choose from. It gives you a lot of media attention too. What more do you want?
3. The village meal: chuck your usual meal, go to the countryside, eat at a layman's house. its low fat and gets you all the votes from the village.
4.Attend yoga camps: Its simple choose a hairy man in saffron and attend his camp, come on your using the indian way! Votes flowing in!

So get ready for the new age multi tasking politicians who are fit! So its time to sweat it out! on the political battlefield!
